“NOVASOL are horrible to work with. If you attempt to contact them via VRBO messaging, they will ignore your messages for months at a time. They will refuse to rent bed linens and towels to you, even though they don't provide them. They will also accuse you of 'not contacting them immediately' with issues, even though their internal booking system lists an out of date phone number and does not list their hours of operation for the chat system. “Front desk staff are very efficient & professional. Dining & lobby area is far better than the room ! The worst part of the room is the toilet… the shower area is not separated from the toilet, therefore after you have taken a shower, the whole bathroom floor is full of water ! No AC in the room, but they provided a desk fan. Love the long desk. No cooking facility except a microwave & a fridge. ”

Uppskattade att det fanns mörkläggningspersienn i sovrummet och även vanliga persienner för övriga fönster. Mysigt läge utanför staden på en gård, det var enkelt att ta sig därifrån till olika ställen i området. ”
