「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

We appreciated being able to walk to the restaurants within the complex for dinner rather than heading out again in the dark on unfamiliar mountain roads. I ended up going to buy a foam topper to use for the second night. I recommend adding a foam topper to each and the stay would have been perfect. 」

「The booking and check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive. The location of the condo was convenient to restaurants and ski areas. However the unit we had was not up to our expectations. There were hairs on bathroom floor, cobwebs in window sills, linens were clean but had many stains, as did upholstery on chairs/sofa. The worst issue was the overpowering Febreeze smell which two guests are very sensitive to. We tried to ventilate by opening windows but one bedroom window did not...
