「I liked that it was so close to Kings Beach and town. Property have good amenities, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Kitchen pots and pans. It needed an extra fan in the room upstairs(loft). It also needed blinds or perhaps a black-out curtain. It was bright around 5:30am during the summer so can’t really sleep in as sun was in our eyes. Overall we enjoyed ours stay. I recommend this place!」

「This home is nice. however, my husband and I booked a stay for our wedding night 2 weeks ago. We, unfortunately had a gift bag on the counter that we put near the garbage that we left behind. There was 1000 in gifts in that bag for my spouse that were extremely sentimental. We called right away and asked if they could hold it and we would come back to get it. I felt like I had to chase the host down to get a response and all I got was we found nothing. We also left a black hat box on the bed and...

「The booking and check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive. The location of the condo was convenient to restaurants and ski areas. However the unit we had was not up to our expectations. There were hairs on bathroom floor, cobwebs in window sills, linens were clean but had many stains, as did upholstery on chairs/sofa. The worst issue was the overpowering Febreeze smell which two guests are very sensitive to. We tried to ventilate by opening windows but one bedroom window did not...

「Pros: Steam shower, large living room, good sized bedrooms, convenient to ski resort, quiet area, communication with host’s property managerCons: furnace did not work until late Saturday night, primary bed is quite firm (good if you like that, not so much if you don’t), condo is generally dark/lacking natural light. Had a nice weekend up there, but it was 53 in the condo on Friday morning. We felt lucky the weather was mild. 」
