“Simple check in and out procedure. Facilities are good and the bedding is nice”

“Our family stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The pool area & leisure facilities were great - clean and well presented. We included breakfast in our rate and it was superb- plenty of choice; healthy and less healthy, with my husband’s coeliac needs well met. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and were always able to help with any question. We would certainly stay again! ”

“A truly beautiful building in a great location with period features, glamorous cabaret bar, all staff friendly and helpful. Amazingly efficient lifts! Only suggestion is that guests are advised that they should book for the Fri & Sat cabarets due to popularity. Thank you. ”

“Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread. ”

“Hotel was great. Perhaps needed more breakfast staff. Food was served cold ish. Guessing not enough staff on. Otherwise everyone was very polite. 3rd time of staying and we will be back next year.”
