「A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future.」
