“住宿環境很好，距離Birmingham 重要景點步行可到，周邊餐廳選擇也豐富。”

“Late check in, nobody there until 4pm, the parking they advertise does not exist”

“Good view. Quiet. Clean.”

“Nice place to stay, everything is good but only air cooler(not air conditioner)”

“The room was absolutely awful. A hostel with shared amenities would have been better. Would definitely not recommend”

“For the price they should have done better”

“People is very nice ”

“Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .”

“Bad: The drawer and the kettle are not clean...should be improved more. Good: 1. Breakfast is very good and the chef is nice. 2. Bathroom is clean and tidy.”

“I have book twin beds rooms for 5 nights but finally they can only offer me double bed rooms. After very long arguing with the front desk staff. They finally can offer me one twin beds room with TV. I am so mad about it”
