It was a shame that they had no fridge in the room and you had to ask for water and glass. But the staff were wonderful even remembered my order for coffee when I ordered it during the evening. Good stay and every one was helpful and polite.

Very good value for money at a lower cost than the main hotel. Bed comfortable and room very good. Shower tray shows some worn patches. Breakfast excellent with great staff.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with my lost baggage during my stay, and although I was unfortunately unable to receive it in the end, the staff spent a lot of time helping me deal with the situation. I really appreciated their kindness and support. Thank you very much!

Room was spacious and clean. Shower cubicle was a little awkward to get in and out of. Would have been easier if it opened from the other side. Plenty of clean fluffy towels. Nice toiletries

Great place to stay and very convenient. Very clean, just slightly older bathroom furnishings but the shower was new and powerful, so amazing value for money.

The room was just what we needed. A bed for the nights. The bathroom was in need of an update but all still working. There was building work being done until quite late on Friday (after we had returned to the room from dinner). But I assume this is being done in the holiday season for the uni for a reason. The staff at the main hotel were very pleasant and friendly but it was very busy on both days that we were there.

I stayed in Peter Scott House, which is part of the hotel. I needs some serious work doing on the bathroom. The tray was damanged and stained and the water was far from even. Not what I would expect from a hotel. The breakfast in the main hotel is good but when the hotel is full there is not enough room, notably on Sunday. If it is hot then the rooms are hot. There is no aircon so the best you can do is stretch the fan as close to the window as possible to get some air circulating.
