It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. "The carpets on the stairs were not very clean . The bedroom looked tired although serviceable for a one night stay . Anything longer would be a problem . The breakfast was good ; staff there friendly and amazing "
