“During our stay (6 days) in Birmingham, the weather was freezing, around 0 degree and minor in evening time. However, the heating system of the Hotel was down for 4 days. When we reported to the reception, they had promised to follow but in vain. Then, different reception staff told us different reasons why their heating system was down. It is quite unacceptable. “House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away.
House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art.
We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw……

“I stayed here for three and it was a terrible experience. This property is poorly maintained and, frankly, a health hazard.
Bed Bug Infestation: The most serious issue was the bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable.
Filthy Conditions: The room was covered in dust, the floors were dirty, and the bed sheets provided were stained/soiled. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also in a disgusting state.
