“The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.”

“Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower.”

“Returning guest and the experience was as delightful as the first time. Highly recommended- safe, clean, lovely complimentary breakfast full of choice and quality, polite friendly and helpful staff, room was full of character and charm, spacious, comfortable, clean and can’t wait for our next visit. Cute and comfortable 4 poster bed. A real gem! The local pub Tollymache Arms was a real treat for dinner. Looking forward to visiting again soon! ”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“這間酒店是沒有冷氣設備，只提供風扇，夏天可能會有一點熱。 早上酒店樓下會有清潔人員用機械掃地，會有一點聲響，可能會影響休息。 如果你想去 University of Northampton 的話，地點是一流，酒店位於大學內，十分方便。步行前往 Northampton 市中心大概 15分鐘，也是十分方便。”

“Nice breakfast, parking is a tight for the number of rooms but ok if you arrive for a early check in.Speaking of the check in it states a time 12 noon but this is not correct,we arrived at 1pm only to be told that is to early but our room was ready so no problem for us and able to park ok.”
