"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere throughout. What really stood out was the consistency of the service. Every member of the team I encountered was cheerful, helpful, and committed to making guests feel at home. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do. A big thank you to everyone for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and great value."

The hotel was immaculate, the room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining high standards throughout the property. Every member of staff I spoke to was approachable and eager to help, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to return. It’s easy to see why this hotel has such a good reputation. Great service, comfortable accommodation, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend Hilton Northampton to anyone visiting the area."

"We stayed 3nights with breakfast Arrived late evening, greeted by the night staff man, he was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected, lovely pub , food was cooked freshly with good options for hot or continental breakfast. Staff again very welcoming, helpful & food came out in good time. Overall hotel and rooms, needs full returb, carpets in rooms are old , stained & dirty. Make sure you bring you slippers or sliders. Bathrooms very dated, but clean and done the job. Beds need new mattresses, pillows comfy & offer extra pillows , they have a fan , iron, ironing board, hairdryer, soap, towels and small towels in the room. Tea, coffee, etc and biscuits also. Overall a good stay & would stay again for the price it’s pretty decent."
