We used this hotel as it was close to a gig we were attending in Digbeth. The hotel itself is clean and modern, the room could have been bigger but as we were only there for one night it was fine. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Because of HS2 building works the hotel is a little cut off from the rest of the city at present and parking is around 10 minute walk away.

I've likely put over £100k through this hotel, so it was very disappointed that they were unable to find a solution for a reception dead zone in my hotel room during a recent stay. Usually I've had no issues, but the hotel is beginning to show its age, the walls are paper thin and the customer service has slipped a little too.

Modern building, high quality fit-out with touch screen controls in room. Air conditioning very quiet, very good sound insulation with no exterior noise. Good sized rooms. One small niggle - one side of the bed did not have any power or USB socket.
