"The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The only down side for me is the lack of mirrors in the room. I am 4ft 11ins and I could not reach the only mirror above the bathroom sink. The staff and bar patrons were very helpful and friendly. It felt like a family run business. NEC is just a bus ride away, and the bus could be caught just outside the hotel. In a nutshell, I had a fantastic stay."
