“Room size is not big but with clean and tidy feel. The best point is the mattress which is very comfortable. Location is very good that it’s near the bus station and easy to get around Oxford. Shops and restaurants are nearby. ”

“In general the room was cozy and situated in a good location. However, since the second night, there was water leaking from upper floor, we have to use a bin to get the water. And, the door of the shower was broken and hardly closed. Wifi was not stable at all.”

“Our room was very comfortable,the bathroom was a great size a shower would have been nice even a hand held one but it wasn't detrimental to our stay. The restaurant was lovely, the food excellent,the staff very friendly and attentive, overall a great stay we hope to return again soon.”

“The hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. ”
