“We really enjoyed relaxing at the cottage for the weekend. Close to the beach yet far enough away from the busy main beach. The unit is perfect for two people and has a relaxing front porch with a view. The host was friendly and helpful Absolutely perfect.”

“Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. Would definitely stay again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grey Cottage! The premises are spotless, very welcoming, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed and then some! The bed we slept in was so comfortable and the bed linens provided were lovely! The location is ideal, close enough to a grocery store (if needed) and a very short drive to the beach. We took a few walks in the neighbourhood and enjoyed the quiet streets. Amanda and Greg are excellent hosts and answered our questions promptly. We highly……

“Place is clean , it has everything we need to stay . The back yard is big enough to play a few games and enjoy the fire pit at night time . We had a cat coming over to visit so adorable. The only thing my family wasn't happy about is taking all the garbage with us . We payed big fee for cleaning we had to drive to the beach with garage in the trunk.”

“The house was great--shiny and new, bright and clean. I was personally glad to have a bedroom on the main floor, since it's getting harder to do stairs, lol. The only complaint might be that there isn't really a dining room, but we made space to have the folding table and chairs up the whole weekend, because us old ladies like to sit around it at night, lol. It was tight, but we made do. Otherwise, great house!”

Everything listed in the description was accounted for, the house was clean when we showed up, and there was more than enough room for parking. Sali was also great with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay if we had any questions. “This property is as advertised. The host was very communicative when we had some small issues. The accessibility if you have stair issues could be challenging but is great and very secure. Centrally located but in a quiet area. Very little noise. Easy to find.”

“Very thankful to this host who was able to get me in early when my accomodations fell though. It is the perfect distance from vic hospital where I was on placement. Lots of space and the kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms are a bit hot on a warm evening but the fan really helped cool it down.”
