"Staying at this hotel has its pros and cons. First, the pros. The hotel has easy access to the beach- just a few meters away. All the staff are friendly, courteous and welcoming. If you need a ride to go places, uber and taxi are just a call away. Restaurants, shops & ABC stores are just within a 3-10 min.walk. The hotel also offers free coffee early morning until 6-7pm plus free rice crackers & mini jello cups, beach towel amenity, and laundry room amenity. The cons are: twin-sized beds instead of double-sized beds, no restaurant on site, no paper towels in the bathroom (they have toilet paper & Kleenex), very poor wi-fi, and disturbing noise in the evening (2nd floor room)- loud talking until 2-3am. The hotel has a karaoke bar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel except for some of the aforementioned discomforts."

"If you must stay in Waikiki this is an ideal spot. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close stroll to the beach and everything else. Be aware that there is a resort fee associated that is not included in Expedia so your stay expense will be considerably more regardless. The pool was not working during our stay and we still had to pay the fee. However the staff are very helpful and they did take care of us when needed so no complaints. These fees are pretty much standard anywhere in Waikiki so with that in mind, this was an excellent and recommended stay."

"This property was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was one of my favorite food experiences of the trip. It may be odd to some, but I LOVED that they had removable shower heads. It’s an essential for me, so I was pretty happy about that. The staff were very kind and helpful. I got a city view for the balcony, and it was okay. Maybe book the ocean view if that’s important to you. Amazing overall!"
