「Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. 「The place is old, but not an issue.
But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes.
The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes.
After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection.
