“The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close.”

“Despite the friendliness of staff and cleanliness, pristine towles and good quality linen. The bed was very loose and very squeaky, quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin, could hear the conversation from one room and the football game from the other. When people opened and closed their bedroom doors, it felt and sounded as if they were opening and closing my bedroom door. I felt very unsafe as a solo traveller. TV had no signal and the Wifi didn'twork, I had to use my own……
