"This inn was the nicest one we stayed in on our six day hike through the Cotswolds. It is cozy, clean, quaint and well decorated. The food was incredible and the staff was so kind. Definitely worth walking toward Selsley to stay here."

"Had a wonderful few days at The Bear in Rodborough. The staff were wonderful especially Nicky who went out of her way to make our visit special. Food was lovely and breakfast wax really good. The views are amazing Would come again 🙂"

"Despite tight access for those with large cars and of a nervous disposition (!) the parking was good for 2 cars - though 3 was tight. The house itself was fantastic - especially for me, whose primary reason for booking was to spend time with family and friends for a milestone birthday. Plenty of room, all the crockery, cutlery you could need and a very much appreciated welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, croissants and jam. Given how hot the temperatures had been locally, the property is very efficient at holding the heat and fans were very welcome, although we were surprised that such a technically advanced property did not have air conditioning. Overall a wonderful space to enjoy with friends and family."

"Lovely cottage with a sunny garden. Nice decoration. Parking nearby is sometimes difficult. 10 minutes walk to the city center or the Waitrose supermarket, but both are a steep climb back. Stroud is not very attractive, but lots of beautiful Cotswold villages within a 30 to 45 minutes drive."
