Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views from your ground-floor retreat, then head out to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots—all just minutes away.
Inside your ground floor unit, you’ll find a plush king bed, generous closet space, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.
Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, dog park, waterfront seating, and dock slips. Bring your furry friend and settle into a stay you won’t want to end!

Please note that this a smoke free building! No smoking is allowed within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice, designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.

Place was so cute. Nice views at night of restaurant. Owner was great. Attentive ! Bring quarters for laundry machine. Only issue But owner was nice to offer me quarters Trian goes by a lot but you get used to it. It was close to town. Comfy bed. Great shower Pool warm. I’d stay again for sure !

Very quaint and quiet and very clean property. Excellent view across the waterway of the outside restaurants and many boats. The water view is very common soothing. I very much recommend this as a nice little getaway for a weekend, there are many things nearby and it still feels like you're away on a nice vacation... I will definitely be back
