“When we got to the house, the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was very clean! And was so easy to get around to everything. It’s about a 10min drive to the public beaches. My family and I had a great time with our dogs. The yard was very clean and we had an easy time spraying the pups off with the hose.”

“Everything we needed was already there, dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee, blender, etc. Beach items, books, dvds, beautiful condo, we saw dolphins and watched the sunrise from the deck. Great location.”

“Even though it rained several of the days, we still enjoyed the ocean from our balcony on the second floor and did some Kitty Hawk exploring. And there were so many close excellent recusants to chose from for dinning. The place was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils etc... But didn't realize there was an elevator until the 2nd day but was so grateful for it being on the 2nd floor. Only improvement would be that someone would have been in the office, which was closed due to short……

“This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view.……

“Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. I was told by the locals this wind brings them out. Spray doesn’t seem to faze them and they swarm. Other than that- the water is beautiful and traveling up the coast is a……

“We stayed at this house last year for our annual girls' trip and loved it so much, we decided to stay here again! We love the location and neighborhood. They have upgraded the lower-level bonus room with AC and heating which was fabulous! You can easily get to several restaurants and shopping places without going out to main highway - about 1 minute drive from house! Everything was ready for us upon arrival - super clean. Love that they soap and shampoo in showers. They provide 4 beach chairs……

“The pros: lovely quiet neighborhood, clean, a good size space Cons: A pretty early checkout by 10:00am. The Roku tv remote in the living room does not work. We finally figured out the bedroom tv late Friday night. There definitely should be tv instructions by each television. All of the towels & wash cloths smelled very moldy, only (1) washcloth and (1) towel per person for a two night stay. We ended up buying towels at Homegoods. We were required to empty the trash, start the dishwasher, strip……

“The stay was great even though the weather wasn’t the best. The house was nice and the location was great. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed such as a loose board on the deck and the shower curtain rod needs to be permanently attached so it doesn’t fall on someone else’s head. We would stay here again on our next trip to the Outher Banks if it was available.”
