“Even after 2 hours of waiting well after check in time with small children the place had not been cleaned and we were given another room after a few difficult calls as there is nobody at the property. That place had no microwave like in the photos and no full size fridge. Wifi is practicly not existing. All 4 soap dispensers empty and even after calling they were never refilled. Other than that, great location and views in a clean place. If check in would have gone smoothly and on time I would……

“Couldn't have had a worse experience! Couldn't reach the host on the way to the apartment, multiple calls and messages unanswered.Arrived at the property with no check in details and confusion about what was going on, only for customer support to finally get through to the host who denied they had accepted our booking; I had communications confirming our reservation and our payment had been taken in full! Left on the street with nowhere to go because the host decided to "cancel" our stay while……

“The private sauna is amazing. The bed was comfortable and the location is perfect near the cable car and a grocery store. The place is clean. I loved the breakfast nook. The summer card was so useful which gave access to free bus and cable car rides.”

“This accommodation was very run down. They only accept cash for payment. There is no working elevator. The floors of the apartment are badly stained and damaged. The furniture is junky. I feel like this place could be good if they had someone come in and decorate a bit, put down some rugs. Hung some nice art. Moved the furniture around. It just feels like there is no care put in. The building is old and has charm but I was shocked at how the apartment looked when I walked in. It was very……
