“The place didn’t have a setup account for expedia payments and couldn’t stay at the place which was empty at a very shady location. Such inconvenient to arrive and leave at night time to find another place to stay. ”

“Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso”

“This hotel is a bit more rustic than perhaps the profile shows. The staff are nice, rooms clean though quite dark, shower water is warm not hot. One important thing to note: if you have mobility issues, this is not the hotel for you. It’s a bit of a walk that tuktuks and cars cannot cover, and uneven stairs up a bit of a hill. They have a jacuzzi but it’s a bit expensive to use (200Qs for an hour).”

“Me encantó la vista y el servicio”

“This might be the best in San Pedro La Laguna, but it didn’t blow my socks off. It was convenient, air conditioning worked, and staff were fine. My room had a putrid smell though the hotel did try to remedy it (with mild success). It was nasty. I wish there were more options. I might stay again but hoping for something better.”

“Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good.”

“Necesitan mejorar el servicio de restaurante”

“Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive.”

“No hay privacidad, se ve desde afuera porque las cortinas no son suficientes para cubrir la ventana de vidrio.”

“Empresa familiar, gente muy trabajadora, le falta mantenimiento y jardinización, debe mejorar servicio de recepción y que la señora que canta coros evangélicos se abstenga de hacerlo.”

“El hotel muy tranquilo y en una zona sin ruidos. La habitación me gustó mucho.”

“Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good.”

“Everyone here was so lovely! Very close to the town of Santiago”

“It was fine . But a bit disappointed about the trash places in the hided corner of the hotel . The place was still beautiful.”

“It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.”
