「The apartment was excellent, views are amazing and the residence is very safe and secure. I would have given a 5 except for a few quirks. The shower in the master room drains really slow, so you are constantly standing in water backed up. Not really good for hygiene. The microwave is not secure and some people might need a stool to access. My wife almost pulled it on top of her trying to open. The worst for me, always coming into a hot apartment due to the owner has a main disconnect which needs...

「Apartment very nice with fantastic view. Issues though to reach the unit as one out of teo elevators was out of service and the remaining one did not work properly and you ended up on wrong floor now and then. Rather frustrating so I will book a hotel when returning in o e week」

「The view was amazing! The property was clean and consistent with the photos. However, the property presented with substantial signs of wear, with rust and deterioration on much of the metal found on furniture and fixtures. There was a nominal fee to change sheets and no top cover (only a fitted sheet and flat sheet were included on the beds) accompanied the bedding. There is a washing machine but no dryer (machine). 「Great location, quiet clean place. My only negative function is that after 3 days the WiFi went out and not resolved. 」

「The oversll stay was good. Nice and high up. Beach is across the street. The space was clean had great space. There was no hot water which was a pain. The oven didn’t work and neither did the water machine on the refrigerator. 2 tvs, 1 in living room and 2nd in MBR which we could not turn on/use. MBR toilet did not function properly. The bar next door did not disturb us, but others may take issue. Other than that everyone was helpful and I enjoyed my stay. 」
