「We had a wonderful stay! Jay responded quickly to questions and the check in/check out process was very simple. The house isn’t as close to the T as expected, so we mostly uber’ed. 」

「This beautiful home was perfect for our 3-day stay with six adults. The restored wood floors are stunning and run throughout the home. It was extremely clean and welcoming, and the gas station next door made fueling up our rental car super easy! There is a bus stop right in front, but we chose to drive rather than take the bus. 「Stayed with a large group for Labor Day weekend. The property was more than enough not just to house everyone, but sleep everyone as well. Property was clean and as depicted in the listing pictures. Very ideal location (near public transit, shopping centers, and short Uber rides away from key locations)」

「We stayed for one night, the room, sheets, bathroom were all clean and the host waa nice and had great communication. I was able to get a parking pass to help but we still ended up having to park a block away just because of limited parking in front of the building.」

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
