「Unkept garden ( not usable), no dustbin, next door to noisy / very smelly fish and chip shop, very narrow and very steep stairs. Property was ver clean, manager was excellent. 」

The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. 「The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. 「A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company.」

「Beautiful place, very clean, comfy beds, the place is fully equipped with everything any group might need. Pet friendly. Our labrador enjoyed big green area to run around. Child friendly, with loads of toys to keep little angels occupied. Very welcoming and accomodating host, we will certainly be back.」
