“Great location to downtown Boone, clean, breakfast provided, staff was very nice, rooms a bit outdated and noisy on ground level due to upstairs guests. No hair dryer in room and fireplace didn’t work - but we didn’t need it. We did not inform staff as they may have provided assistance. Would stay here again.”

“Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. It is one of those set ups where everything is a larger container attached to the shower wall and next to the sink. I hate this set up and I’ve……

“The Inn is going through renovations so the grounds outside were quite a mess. But the rooms are updated and very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and gave us some good advice for places to eat and things to do. We would definitely stay again.”

“The mildew smell in the room was so intense. I asked if all the room smelled the same and I was given an opportunity to check out another room on 3rd floor vs. 2nd floor but it too smelled like mildew. So needless to say with my allergies I couldn’t stay but no refund was offered. Since no refund was given, my spouse decided to stay and I went to my son’s apt to sleep which not ideal for him or him bc he has roommates. And he slept on the floor and gave up his bed to me. Very disappointing.”

“We might have just come during a time when they were understaffed, but the day we checked out it was impossible to find a single employee to help us. We didn't need the breakfast but wanted a cup of coffee before we headed out and had some other questions and we went to the front desk multiple times, even walked into the dining room, and never saw an employee.
