“This is an excellent location if you want to be near Duval shops and dining / nightlife establishments. The guys at the A&R moped and cart shop right next door are super cool. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It’s located in a quaint, gated multi-unit (12?) villa style arrangement with both full time residents and the renters. We were assisted by one very friendly resident and never felt unwelcome by the others. This is my 2nd stay here and I would absolutely……

It’s in a great location and within walking distance to everything, Duval Street, Mallory Square, Higgs Beach, all of it. The two bikes are also nice, and can be safely ridden around the area. “Overall we greatly enjoyed our trip and stay at the James House of the Curry Mansion. We did not experience the curry mansion in its heyday and therefore greatly enjoyed our stay compared to all these other reviewers who have been going for years and say "remember when". If you go in knowing that you're going to get a more DIY experience, it makes it much easier. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect for fun daytime and nighttime activities, although it can get……

“This isn’t the kind of place I’d like to stay for many days but it was great for a couple of days. And it’s a great location. Close to Duval St. and close to Southernmost Point. It was too cool for the pool but there was a nice pool right behind this unit. It’s small but it serves its purpose.”

“The location , room cleanliness and actual grounds of the place perfect , definitely would recommend and come back to stay. Only suggestions would be a 2-ton ac wi how unit. During the hot months I think it would be a bit uncomfortable, granted we don’t stay in room much but after being out All day . Sleeping for me was just right with ceiling fan and large pedestal fan on high . But if it was 5-10 degrees hotter at night I wouldn’t of faired so well.. but it was perfect none the less”

“My husband & I love visiting Key West. We know our way around. This was a last minute decision vacation. When entering the room we were Shocked at how small this unit really was. Our stay was for a week. We both had full luggages but had no where to put our things. This room had one window that faced an alley so no view. Bed was comfortable and sheets & towels clean. Bathroom was a tight fit, especially the shower problematic for a person over 225lb. Pool side was very nice landscaped……

“Location was perfect. The place is a lot smaller than it looks in pictures. Could use some updates the coffee pot was single serve with two coffee bags. Luckily, a fantastic coffee shop was about 100 feet away. If you have bad back, I would not recommend this place. The mattress's were horrible. Pretty pricey for what you get.”

“Loved the view. House was ok. But the soap!!! Ugh. Understand that it is necessary for water boats but just never felt clean. Personal thing. Won't stop us from coming back tho :-)”
