Nice property / amenities. The room was spacious and clean however the dresser was broken, only the middle drawers were functioning. They contacted me a week before to offer a room upgrade at a discounted price. I mentioned that one of my benefits as a gold member was a room upgrade at no cost but they did not honor it, and put me in a room behind the kitchen back door.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the four pools, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, there were several issues that left us disappointed. When I asked the front desk if I could freeze ice packs to keep breastmilk cold for our flight home, I was told there was no freezer and directed to the restaurant. The restaurant then explained they could not help due to cross-contamination concerns and also mentioned the front desk did, in fact, have a freezer. This left us feeling misled and unsupported in what should have been a simple request. Additionally, we saw more than one cockroach during our stay. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was simply, “Well, it is rare but these things do happen,” with no further action taken. Overall, while the pools were a great feature, the lack of honesty, poor customer service, and pest concerns make it unlikely that we would stay here again.

They currently have a bit of a roach problem, recently stayed and the kitchen bar area was full of little roaches all over. The hotel is nice, but hopefully they fix this issue soon.

Like the vibe of the property even in the middle of a congested area. I wish there were guards on the inside of the doors, to prevent someone from coming in while we are in the room. I have been given room keys to rooms people were already in more than once.

I loved the outdoor feels of this property. My son and I had a very great time, we rented a golf-cart to get to down town. You will definitely require a mode of transportation, though, we came in August, so Hot & Humid is expected. The pool we went to was cool and refreshing in the hot summer day. Many chickens and roosters to give the full key west vibe. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Ebony at the front desk of check in was fabulous! She is outstanding! My son and I would stay at this location again!

For us this worked great, we were close to everything but don't feel like it. Next time we will get bicycles or a golf cart for ease but everything was nice.

A couple of items that you should know before booking this hotel. First, this hotel is conveniently located close to absolutely nothing. Duvall St is where you will be spending your time, one hour walk, and it will cost you about $15 each way to Uber. There are plenty of Ubers. Figure this into your hotel selection. If you are planning to take part in activities, it will be on Duvall or that part of the island. You will take an Uber every day. The property has four pools that are no larger than a personal pool in the backyard of most homes. There are three that are a free-for-all, and the fourth is adult only. The pools are saltwater, varying temperatures, clean, and nice enough. Free towels and sunscreen are everywhere. The food at this hotel is an insult to the word. When you arrive, check-in is reasonably quick. They will offer cleaning service as it must be selected either daily by 10:00 AM, or you can ask for the entire stay (which I did). During the 5 nights I was there they cleaned my room twice, after I asked (again, each day). It seemed like this was just not a ‘thing.’ It’s really a disappointment to look at trash, unmade bed, no towels, and then you have to make a ‘fuss’ to get it. I was promised my resort fee back. BOTTOM LINE: This hotel really is an all-around loser. It’s close to nothing, no airport shuttle, no room, or cleaning service, concierge is an insult, and the price is one of the highest on the island.
