We had a three bedroom waterfront villa in early October. Parrot Key is well designed, feels high end, and was very comfortable for our family of five. The view from the balcony and terrace is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with our thermostat but it is being replaced. The valet and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The rooms was spacious and immaculate. Check in was very pleasant, we were greeted with mimosas by the staff. The pool and restaurant were amazing as well. Centralized location just minutes form restaurants and activities.

This was a VERY clean property. Literally bleach cleaned OUTSIDE to keep bugs and critters at bay, and very well maintained grounds. The sand along the water front was groomed daily! The onsite eatery was under reconstruction and they had a pop up option in the grounds poolside, in addition to a food truck in the front parking area. It was pretty convenient. Cleaning was every other day, and fresh towels were offered daily. Loved the serenity, the water views and being off of Duval. Will be back again.

The rooms were very nice. The beach was better if you upgraded your room. Unfortunately they were doing renovations on the restaurant and bar that we didn’t know about. However, they provided a bar cart so they still could provide beverages poolside. Overall, I would stay there again!

So spacious, perfect for groups. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful! 10/10 would stay again They were doing what seemed like a clorox cleaning of the common area sidewalks, which I thought would have been better scheduled during a week day when there werent many guests but other than that the stay was perfect

This was our second time at parrot Bay resort the only thing I wish is hotel had was its own private beach but other than that, everything is excellent staff is friendly rooms are spacious and nice layout of the property is easy to access and I especially enjoy the jet ski tours

Great rooms, view and location!! Pretty clean as well. Took one star off because we had 2 free drinks but the check in lady misinformed me where to redeem them. Also I told her it was my Birthday and she said they would do something in the room, but they did not. Please have better check in receptionist.

We had a wonderful stay and then Delta canceled our flight home on Saturday till Monday and we got a wonderful room for two more nights!! Will definitely stay here again! We got there bikes all week and had a great time!! Love The Turners
