"The whole experience was great!"

"It was a good place to relax and enjoy, but what is frustrating is that they charge us 63 dollar daily as a resort fee and 7 $ as tax for the resort fee. In addition it wasn’t mentioned on Expedia or on their website. Also we had a breakfast package.However, they charge us 15 dollars daily as breakfast gratuity without letting us sign or getting permission for that. I don’t think it’s ethical or legal to charge tipping without our knowledge."

"Pictures online are very deceiving. Nothing like the photos. Most staff were quite rude. Tried getting a drink at the bar by the beach pool and was ignored by staff. The one staff member that acknowledged us told us to move. When we checked in didn't get a welcome packet with resort credit or champagne. Was supposed to get balcony room with pool view but got the street view. Room floors were dirty, ceiling fan kept beeping, and bathroom toilet wouldn't flush most of the time."
