「Great location. Quiet. 」

「Not impressed. Staff was not very communicative, and we had horrible issues with parking. When we arrived we were texted that starting the next day we would have to move our vehicle from a parking spot on the premises to 'somewhere else' for the remainder of our stay due to a special event. We had no advanced notice that this would be happening. Unfortunately we ended up having to find a pay lot that allowed overnight parking which was not easy in Key West during Songwriter's Fest! We had to...

「The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone. 」

「Brilliant location… very generous to leave bikes and chairs which was used every day. Well decorated and equipped room and comfy bed . Shower is hot and has great water pressure . Check in and out is easy . Thank you 」
