"Absolutely loved my stay here. I visited South Africa for a conference, which was held at Birchwood. The team are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would go as far as to say it was some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced at a hotel in years. The complex is peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are large. The restaurant is great, food was fantastic, and the support we received for the conference was exceptional. I’d definitely stay at Birchwood again if u return to South Africa"

"The Nicol is close to my offices in SA, so location was key. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment-style rooms are. Much better than staying in a typical hotel room. But the best part of The Nicol is the staff! Super friendly, super professional. This is the main reason I will be back."
