"I’ve stayed in a lot of small hotel rooms in Japan but nothing as small as this one. In our Hollywood Twin room there was not any space in to open a suitcase besides the bed or the floor right in front of the door. No shelves go put your things on. No bedside tables. Barely any space to move around the bed. And you can’t even store the suitcase under the bed. On top of that, you can’t use the coffee machine in the morning unless you have a breakfast voucher, even though you can use it at night for free, for some reason. For the price, very bad value. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in central Tokyo while it is on a quiet street. A couple of minutes walks to subways. A lot of restaurants are nearby."

"Seul bémol à notre séjour…les odeurs dans l’ascenseur et la salle à manger en bas. On avait l’impression qu’il y avait une permanente odeur d’égouts, parfois plus forte, parfois un peu moindre mais toujours présente. En dehors de cet aspect tout était parfait. Excellente situation géographique pour se promener partout!"

"It is close to a train station so that’s the plus point. The room was pretty small. Breakfast is ok. My account described that I will get free breakfast as silver member but it does not automatically shows when you make a booking so end up paying. Could have added more fruits. Same orange and grapefruit. My worst experience so far with any hotel was this one. I made the booking and within 5 minutes realised that I made an error. Contacted the team but they refused to refund. Even the support team from Hotel tried to convince without any success. A good hotel should not be so strict specially when contacted immediately so I have to pay one night extra. Thanks"

"I LOVED THIS PLACE, hands down. It was my first time in Tokyo, Japan, and as a solo traveler, this is exactly where you need to stay. It’s close to so many train stations, making it super easy to get in and out of the city. The area itself is also really nice and quiet, which was perfect after spending the day in crowded parts of the city. Coming back here was such a nice way to wind down. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m back… which will be soon!!! Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and welcoming throughout my stay!"
