“My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. You will ABSOLUTELY NOT BE disappointed in the whole experience. We will definitely return for other future visits. Manny and……

“Very close to the springs. My kids had a great time kayaking and hanging out at the bonfire. Consider bringing a truck or suv. Spring is around the corner but heavy to transport. The bungalow was clean and well organized. Centrally located to many activities within 25 min. Drive. Elephant sanctuary, rainbow springs, devils den. We would go back”

“This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent.”

“This fantastical residence is the perfect place for a true relaxing vacation. The home is exceptionally clean with a great cooks kitchen. Wifi was excellent. The true magic of this property is the large screened back patio overlooking the multi level docks on the river. Fishing was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need is a short 10-15 minute drive. This property has now become our go to choice for future stays in the area. 5 stars.”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at WEC. Loved how close it was to the place , we could go back and forth in between games. The home was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very prompt from beginning to end, checking in and out was effortless. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The house is even better than the pictures, with many extra amenities. The golf cart was an excellent way for us to visit the lovely area. We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. “I never received any check in procedure, the owner never answered text, email, or phone calls. I had to contact VRBO and request a refund. Then had to quickly find some where to stay. I can only assume the owner of this place is a scammer.”

“We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again at this property! We have family nearby so it was conveniently located, plus great springs and parks nearby. The house was very clean and well equipped, even some essentials in the fridge and pantry for us which we greatly appreciated. The owner was very friendly and communicative. Overall just a great stay.”

“Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again.”
