“We stayed here while visiting a family member in the hospital. It was so nice to come through the door after a stressful day … the beds were made, and the room was stocked with nice clean towels and sparkling clean again. Michael at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We’ll definitely stay again.!”

“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”

“Staff was great, breakfast was great. Only downfall is paying for parking when construction equipment was taking up front half of the parking lot.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, I found signs of bedbugs and saw roaches. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the property. It was difficult to relax knowing there were insects in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I was not satisfied with how it was handled. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying……

“The staff failed to inform guess they lost power and everyone was scrambling to find out why and how long it would be out. Not a great way to wake up. I understand these things happen just wish they were diligent enough to inform guest.”

“Nice hotel, but they charge extra for everything including parking. The AC heat turns on if you try to get room temperature above 72 degrees. They only provide two towels . Beds not made consistent with fitted sheets. Beds could have more padding. Staff is nice.”
