Gather around the dining table for 4 to enjoy meals together, or utilize the desk space for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. Unwind in the cozy living area, equipped with a small TV for entertainment.



Outdoor amenities include a gas grill for barbecue evenings and small porches at the front and back of the cottage.



Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed for restful nights. Stay connected with high-speed internet, ensuring you can easily stay in touch or stream your favorite shows.

The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No pets. No smoking. Minimum of 24 hours required between reservations during peak months. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
