“The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect from a refurbished YMCA. This place blew me away. We had a beautiful king bedroom with a sitting area overlooking the main street. The room was huge. The bathroom, with double sinks, great shower and bathrobes, were a huge plus. Jim Thorpe is a great little town. The biggest complaint I hear is the lack of parking. No problem, when staying at the Y, off-street parking is provided! The Y on Broadway is centrally located and walkable to just about everything Jim……

“Great location right in the downtown and walking distance from anywhere”

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Belle Victoria! It’s a charming B&B that is quiet, clean, and cozy, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Our hostess, Naomi, was wonderful and very attentive, always making sure everything was just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in making everyone feel welcome. Breakfast is homemade and prepared fresh on the spot. It was absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to start the day! The……

“Rooms and facilities were fine. Breakfast buffet, specifically the hot food (eggs, sausage, etc.) was terrible”

“The Mahoning Inn has you sign a form stating that you will not smoke in the room or $150 fee will be charged, which is fine because we don’t smoke but the room they gave us smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I refused the room due to the heavy cigarette smell and they gave me a different room that did not have a cigarette odor, but still had a very musty smell. The bathroom is extremely outdated and shabby looking. There were several thick long dark hairs on the inside of the shower curtain,……

“Nice, clean room and good breakfast. I enjoyed my stay!”

“It could have been a little more cleaner there was dog hair on the back of the bathroom door and few hair pieces in the shower also the hallway had a wet dog food smell to it other then that it’s was a great stay”

“Extremely run down and dirty. Peeling paint bathroom ceiling, moldy shower, terrible breakfast. Frozen cold pancakes and frozen sausage. Towels smelled like mildew. No heat and inn keeper even said they didn’t have the heat serviced.. do not come here!”

“Está remodelado, me gustó”

“Excelente”

“This facility was nice in appearance, but they use to many chemicals in mass quantities in the room and overall facility. The room smelled like someone dropped had spilled several gallons of cleaning chemical in the room. Although clean, if you have allergies this place will kill you. We opened all the windows as far as we could to vent the room, but the cleaning chemicals permeate and remained at the strength they we entered the room. I stopped by the front desk which was being manned by the……
