Room is clean, the temperature was set to what I liked before I got there. Most times at other places the room is hot or cold and you have to wait for the catchup time before it would be comfortable. The kids run wild through out the hotel while the parents are partying in a room. Most times the staff was no where to be found like when the coffee and food run out with a hour left for breakfast, or……
