“The property is conveniently located on the isthmus in Madison, close to important historical landmarks and great dining options. The hotel itself was quaint and quirky, which was expected. Harbor was fine. What was unexpected was the fact that the lake view room (for which we paid extra to have a lake view) was also 50 feet from train tracks, on which trains came at least 3 times daily… including at 3:30 and 6:30 am. I feel like that should have been stated by the hotel up front because that……
