“We really enjoyed our stay at Aerie Suites by AvantStay. The location is great—close to everything in Bend but still quiet and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the modern finishes made the space feel fresh and welcoming. It was an easy, stress-free place to unwind and made for a perfect, relaxing weekend away.”

“The room was very large with log cabin features that were sisters appropriate for her sisters nice touches of having a coffee maker with coffee Keurig and a refrigerator. I didn’t use but happy to have. I only stayed one night but you know for the price I think it was great maybe just the carpet was a little worn and there were dings in the wall but if that’s not a big deal to you then know it was a great day and I was happy to be there. ”

“I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind……
