“Great spacious home, convenient to everything!!”

“Property was really close to the interstate, there’s also a really good Cuban cafe down the street. Home wasn’t dirty but could have used better cleaning. Shower looked dirty on the corners and also found someone’s wallet on the side of the bed, not sure how they missed that if they cleaned the room? ”

“Much more affordable to staying in a hotel with a family of five. Also great location, with access to major highways, and stores and restaurants close by. Owner responded quickly and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay here again!”

“Great place overall. Looks like the area is going through gentrification and this is one of the new properties they have placed. With that I never felt unsafe or there were any issues, we woke up every morning at 5AM and ran down to the waterway since it is right next to downtown. The owner of this property is great with communication and easy to work with. Recommend the property highly.”

“We enjoyed the house very much close to everything so its only a short drive the pool was alot fun and clean. Especially loved that the pool was heated made for fun night swims having plenty of lighting as well.”

“THE HOUSE WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION - VERY CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE WE WANTED TO GO. VERY NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THE ADDED PERKS OF THE COMMUNITY POOL - TENNIS COURTS- BASKETBALL COURTS WE WERE GIVEN A KEY PASS TO USE THE WEEK WE WERE THERE ON VACA. THERE WERE A FEW ISSUES WITH THE HOUSE - TV WAS TERRIBLE(NEED TO GET A BETTER TV NETWORK) NO ONE WANTS TO WATCH 70'S - 80'S OLD TV PROGRAMS!!! PART OF THE TIME NONE OF IT WORKED. OTHER ISSUES WERE KITCHEN FAUCET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED- ONLY HOT WATER……

“This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret……

“Environnement pas beau, en face d'un mur de brique. Lits pas trop comfortable. Aucun lit queen ou king size. Nous avons été accueilli par une nuée de petites mouches noires et je me suis fait piqué sur les chevilles abondemment au point que j'ai dû allé à la pharmacie. Il a fallu aussi acheté du Raid pour moustiques. Cuisine bien aménagée.”

It was great to have a kitchen and bbq area for meals, enough space for our four year old and us to sleep comfortably, and a peaceful garden and pool area to spend our evenings. We also so appreciated all the amenities provided - having beach chairs, coolers, a wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrellas at our disposal was so helpful! They have truly thought of everything and went above and beyond with attention to detail and creating a comfortable place to……

“This is one of our favorites! The location is ideal with easy access to Manatee Ave. The park has an incredible old pine tree and wonderful air off of the river. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We loved the garden area out back. Thank you for making this a nice home away from home.”

“I love Sailport. It's my 2nd stay. I travel for business & I appreciate the extra security at the front gate. The views are beautiful & I enjoy having my morning tea on the balcony. The full kitchen allows me to bring my own food & save money on eating out. Due to traveling for business, I don't use the pool very often, but this time I took time to sit on the beach area & listen to the water wash up on the rocks. So relaxing after a long day. ”

“Very upscale, safe, quiet, new/modern property. Great coffee shop, burrito place and bars on same block. Easy and safe walk to Janus Landing, The Trop and other fun DTSP areas! 17-min drive to beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Wish parking was included, but used Park Mobile app and reasonable overnight, safe parking only 1/4 mi walk. Highly recommend Mint House!”
