「We were in Columbus for the car auction. The hotel room and hotel property was filthy. There were no towels. There was no pool. There was no breakfast. The property had overflowing garbage containers, animal excrement was piled in the common areas, x-rated toys were laying around in the walkways. If it wasn’t so disgusting I would have taken pictures. The front desk staff was indifferent, noncommittal, barely spoke English. We just wanted to GET OUT OF THERE! I have stayed at hotels...

「Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. 」
