「非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。」

「They had adult hours for the pool so we could swim without a bunch of kids. The staff was awesome. They texted me several times throughout my stay to see if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was full even though we got there about the middle of the time for breakfast. Staff made a very diligint effort to keep things stocked and clean. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our stay a good one.」

「The linen had hair all in it. The bathroom towels and wash cloths had hair on them. The hallways stink and the bed was a platform bed. This hotel was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement all the way!!! The mattress was hard as hell and the pillow was flat and very thin. If you choose to stay at this hotel make it your last resort. Honest opinion. They lucky it was non -refundable.」

「Trash! don’t stay here unless you love the smell and look of water damage. Walked in the room and noticed a very weird smell that would absolutely be noticed by staff but clearly they didn’t care. If this wasn’t enough I was woken up before 6am to the sound of water dripping on side the walls and leaking into the shower. Yes, the dirt and mold from the wall spilled into the bathroom, making the smell worse. Paying for the room felt like an insult. I should have stayed at the $60 days inn down...
