Sunny Isles Beach Hotel with Pool

"We arrived at night…do not recommend. This is an older property which we usually like but we weren’t clear if it was a condo property or a hotel. There seemed to be a mixture of both. The pool was the highlight of the property. Overall, the inside of our room was clean and obviously updated in the kitchen and bath. The walk to the beach was short and in between the property and the beach there were many restaurants and shops to walk to. Milman’s grocery was our favorite but Publix was close, too. The beach was nice. Turquoise water, white sand. We learned we are more of a Deerfield Beach vacationer than a Miami vacationer. It is obvious the property managers are making improvements and if you’re looking for a budget vacay, this could be for you."

"The hotel staff was/is friendly and helpful . The restaurant is a very good choice. The downfalls are the rooms are very worn down, appliances rusty, room lighting very bad, main floor carpet fraying in livingroom and the bathroom sink backing up. "

"The hotel was solid. I knew it wasn’t going to be as glamorous as the ones round it but it had a decent pool and great access to the beach. The pool had some construction around it which was a little annoying. The one thing that drove us crazy was the pool towel situation. One day we were out for 3 hours and could not get a towel. Then we couldn’t dry off to put sunscreen on or even go back inside. It was overall not a good experience. "
