"The room was clean except for the floor. It needed to be mopped The bed was very comfortable but the fitted sheet kept coming off at the top on both sides. Need to get sheets that fit The staff was very friendly and very helpful Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent Except for a few things we did enjoy our stay We would stay there again"

"I give them a 4 star, because I like the place. My comment is about the employee at the desk this morning. She was wearing a dirty hoodie, looked liked she dragged herself off the street and was slouched back at the desk. When I walked in, there was barely an acknowledgement. I said I'm just getting coffee, to which she mumbled, help yourself. I'm not suggesting that this employee be reprimanded, or fired, but management needs to step up and hire and train people in customer relations. I'm easy to please and I don't like writing this, but management needs to step up. I will return for another visit."

"Our stay at this holiday inn express was just what we expected. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed for our stay. Our only complaint is that they do not have smart tv’s so in order to stream, we need to connect the tv to our laptop or Xbox. Would be nice to be able to travel without those. Other than that minor issue, we like these hotels and appreciate that they have breakfast available."
