“Espaciosa casa, muy limpio. Tiene lo esencial e indispensable para vacaciones. Muy tranquila la zona. Estoy muy satisfecha con este lugar, lo recomiendo mucho.”

“This was our second stay at this ranch style home. Our daughter got married in Chico and this house was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of room for the bridesmaids to get ready, etc.. It's about 20 minutes outside of Chico but well worth the drive. The host has a lot of items for entertaining and makes sure you have everything you need.”

“I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining……

Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). ”
