This two level, beach side apartment has direct pool access and an upstairs breezy balcony with a pleasant outlook.
The sun drenched pool and shared green grass spaces, offer a great alternative to the beach.
The apartment features, two living areas, two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen, full laundry, upper balcony, complex pool and shared grounds and a single lock up garage (suitable for small cars only - free street parking available).
Entry is at ground level, where you can easily reverse park into the garage with internal entry.
The entry way flows through to the downstairs living area where you can step right out to the pool.
The living room features a smart TV and a large and comfortable Sofa Bed.
There is also a European style Laundry.
The downstairs bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan.
There is also the option to have the bed made up as two king singles or one king size bed - please advise what you require when booking.
Head upstairs to the open plan living, dining and kitchen with a breezy balcony with pleasant outlooks over the pool, grassed areas and ocean glimpses. The living rooms features a comfortable chaise lounge and a large Smart TV. There is a six seater dining setting to bring the family together at meal time.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and other kitchen equipment.
The upper balcony is a beautiful spot to sit in the morning, of an evening or any time of day! Fit with sun lounges, outdoor dining setting and a Webber Gas BBQ.
The Master bedroom is also on the upper level also with an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and featuring a very comfortable king size bed.
