「The room is old and not very clean. The towels have some yellow dots. The price is good but I will not have another try next time.」

「staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were great and family friendly, pool area was great and meals we had there were up to or above expected. One waitress in the breakfast area, Bridgit, stood out with excellent customer service as I had laryngitis and couldn't talk much and as soon as she knew, she offered to make me a hot honey and lemon drink for my breakfast drink. This happened 2 days in a row and I was very appreciative of her care and attention. Well done Bridgit :-)」

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「What an incredible stay. From the very start meeting the incredibly charming & lovely Micheal on the front door dealing with our car, he went above & beyond, a true legend. To the champagne on arrival, the outstanding room & pool then to top it off, cause it was my 50th the room had chocolates, card, gifts & spa treatments for me & my guest as a generous gift. A true 5* experience from start to end. 」

「We have 4 person booked a house have one double bed with ensuit in ground floor, other room in third floor for twin bed, there have big kitchen and nice dining room with balcony, and with garage,there is very clean and new, very nice! the swimming pool is real good, we stay two nights, price is good to get that house, only the wifi can't use till check out, that is really bad, othewise everything is good.」
