"Me & my husband decided to stay a day early before leaving for a cruise. Soon as we walked into our room we were greeted by a lizard on the wall. No one came to help. The beds were hard to sleep on. A new paint job is definitely needed. The worst part, there is NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER AT ALL!!! The price of the hotel should be way less than what they charged. "

"The property was updated and spotless. The pool and waterfall feature was algae stained. There was not enough chairs or loungers in pool area. No bar service at pool. Had planned to have our evening dining at the Tavolo restaurant however found out it was only open for breakfast or lunch so we had to scramble to find alternatives. Front desk staff and concierge could not provide any good suggestions for dinner. Website did not mention it was closed for dinner. For the money we paid id do more research and go somewhere else next year. "

"The kitchen was very well equipped, with all tools needed for cooking a simple meal, as well as basics such as salt, pepper, sugar etc. There is also a coffee machine and a microwave, and a dishwasher, with all cleaning materials such as dish washing soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels and dish towels.
