Surf Coast Historic Hotel

"Excellent room, great bay view with balcony. Staff were excellent and most helpful. There were negatives however for whilst I had selected ‘parking’ as a requirement (I am partially disabled) there is no on-site parking. Their parking is in a shopping centre for $30 a day or $50 valet. Internet was so slow, ‘Speedtest’ didn’t even work. Overall, good, but could be better and ‘offsite’ parking should be highlighted."

"The property itself is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The locations is excellent. Walking distance the best of Sorrento. Some maintenance is needed with some furniture needing attention and the oven door needs adjusting. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking and dining. Our one major concern was the lack of wifi. This fact is not specified in the listing and in fact, the guest book lists a wifi address and password which do not work. While ‘no wifi’ may seem ok on the surface it...
