“Keep in mind that you are here for the oceanfront! PROS-The view from our 7th floor was spectacular. The room itself was a good size for 2 people, and the bed was quite comfy. The shower/tub was plenty big with nice hot water and good pressure. Check in and check out was easy. The parking garage is very convenient, but take note-it is $20 per day to park. The boardwalk is clean and had so much to do! The restaurants and shops along Atlantic Ave were easy to walk to. We didn’t even need our……

“We experienced cigarette smoke in our hotel room constantly during our stay staff was unhelpful. We brought the cigarette smoke to the staff attention on multiple occasions. Staff did not rectify the problem or compensate us. Staff did not enforce the non-smoking policy and we had to suffer. Otherwise this would have been an ok place to stay.”

“The hotel looks kind of dirty BUT it’s a beach hotel and older so overall we were happy. They need to paint and replace carpet with cleanable flooring. We had the suite which was very roomy with a big bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location was great, the pool was small but nice. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I liked the texting during our stay asking if all was good. I did not enjoy the bar music downstairs being loud pretty much all day until 1am. “This is an older hotel but it’s well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk is perfect which is reflected in the pricing. My room had 2 double beds which were extremely comfortable. The room is a little small but if you had more people in it but just fine for a solo traveler. The bathroom is definitely on the small side where the closing door comes close to the toilet but still manageable for me. The parking garage is a little inconvenient because it’s about a block away so plan to……

“The floor was filthy when we checked in. The door didnt seal shut all the way ( we were on the ground floor). There were bugs in the room. Parking sucked. There was black mold around the outlet. We ended uo only staying one night out of three due to the conditions. They do not do refunds.”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“Pros, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops, indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor shower for getting sand off, good breakfast buffet, honestly decent price per night. Cons, the elevators got stuck 2 out of 3 days of our stay, needs one or two more outdoor showers by the indoor pool access door for getting sand off before entering the hotel. All in all would highly recommend as our stay was great.”
